Hotel staff very helpful, they made the museums reservations what saved us a lot of time on the line. Location is also very good and easy. The hotel is very close to the Central Station, what is the end point for the regular bus from airport.
Indeed, as we've seen in other reviews, the shower box is very small.

Great stuff - very helpful and pleasant. Will help you to find a good restaurant and will offer you several best routs for sightseeing.
First room that was offered to us smelled unpleasantly and was on the nosiest spot of the hotel. However, at the first request we were offered a better one. Milk for the breakfast was not fresh, tea caps smelled as if they were used for fish...

The hotel has a very good location just beside the main station of Florence (3 min walk) and just about 10 minutes walk from the main sights. The reception works 24 hours which is very convenient. Our room was very big and stylish, there was everything we needed. Next time when I'm in Florence I will not experiment with other hotels and stay here!

The hotel has a very nice style, with a big room and two big windows and a balcony. And the location close to Santa Maria Novella is very good.
the flushing in the restroom is too noisy. And it spends too much water.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast tables could be larger for our family of five, as we felt a bit cramped during meals.

Hotel has good location nearby central railway station. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast for Italian standard very poor: The coffee came out of a machine and was really bad. Please improve! Room heater off during the day, so you freeze when you want to stay in the room during daytime. Toilet flush was so loud that everytime one of us went to the toilet the other one fall out of bed from the noise. The furniture in the room needs to be replaced. One of the two windows in our room was broken and diffcult to open and close. Please repair!
